Not all third party inks are sold by box shifters. Josero don't do telesales and virtually every one of Josero's staff is from an inkjet background, all with a very technical slant. Josero or one of their dealers will always be happy to visit you to discuss your options. You can look them straight in the eye and ask about their products and support. Our combined aim is to grow our market share and then keep our customers for the long term because our products work and our support is consistently good. After all, we know there will be plenty of box shifters ringing our customers trying to sell them cheap ink.
You get what you pay for. Triangle inks are completely reliable. Triangle have been making alternative digital inks for longer than any other manufacturer. There are over 100 installed sites within the UK and none of these have ever had a problem with the reliability of their Triangle inks. Triangle inks are completely colour matched, ink set to ink set with the OEM inks. Not only will the Triangle ink match the OEM ink set but it will often give you an extended colour gamut, particularly towards the red end of the spectrum where some other solvent inks can be lacking.
