Date added: March 2014 Free Triangle ink cartridges plus the amazing Bubble Free Applicator at Sign UK – stand H74

Josero will be giving away FREE cartridges of the extremely popularTriangle eco solvent inks - MSS for Mimaki®printers and EDX for Roland®printers, on stand H74 at Sign UK.

The MSS eco-solvent inks for Mimaki® JV33™ and JV34™ wide format printers, was very successfully launched at Fespa in London last June. The inks have been formulated to be 100% colour and chemically compatible with Mimaki® SS21 inks. They offer complete compatibilityover a wide range of vinyls banner medias and are available in cyan, magenta, yellow and black.Printing companies using the MSS eco-solvent inkjet inks will benefit from less waste with cartridge-by-cartridge changeover or by taking advantage of the bulk use ink systems.

Equally, visitors will be able to try the Triangle EDX eco solvent inks for Roland®printers, which have been thriving since their launch in the UK two years ago. Again, this ink set offers a full chemical and colour matching solution that allows ink change from OEM to Triangle on the fly with no wastage, no flushing and no need for any new calibration.

Loic Delor, Managing Director of Josero, the master distributor for Triangle Inks in the UK and Ireland, commented, “Both these eco solvent inks have really created waves in the market with users being really impressed with the quality, reliability and simplicity of changeover. For printing companies keen to reduce costs without losing the high standards their customers require, Triangle inks are the ideal solution. Triangle have been manufacturing inks for over 20 years, and have technically advanced R&D facilities in the USA, where the inks are developed and rigorously tested before they are ever brought to market. The success of EDX and MSS as well as many other Triangle inks is testament to this.“

Following the successful launch of the Bubble Free Applicator at Sign UK in 2013, Josero will again be demonstratingthis machine to visitors, so they can see just what a remarkable machine it is.

Josero sold the first Bubble Free to Mida Sign Services UK at Sign UK last year. James Jarvis, Operations Manager of Mida Sign Services commented, “We were really impressed with the build quality and the simplicity of the Bubble Free Applicator. It is so user friendly compared to other laminators on the market and that really appealed to us. We are always in the market for ways to improve our services and the Bubble Free Applicator will certainly help us to achieve that.”

The Bubble Free Applicator allows mounting and laminating onto any flat surface up to 60mm thick. The Applicator comes in three widths, 1500mm, 1700mm and 2200mm, giving a maximum working length of 7m. Custom sizes are also available. All of the adjustments on the machine are easy to reach by the operator, and as the applicator can be operated from either side, it gives much more flexibility on installation. With adjustable wheels the table can be moved easily around the premises or fixed in one place.

Another delighted user of the Bubble Free is Mike Bamber,Director of KeyMT Installation. He commented, “The machine has been faultless from the moment it rolled off the van and it is working superbly for us. We made over 2000 new signs for the Manchester Airport Group Stansted takeover over summer 2013 and the Applicator worked extremely hard for us. It’s a great machine, very well made, easy to use and every bit as good as the more expensive competitors, but certainly streets ahead of any Chinese alternatives.”

Date added: November 2013 Josero celebrates 10 years of success

Originally created in November 2003, Josero, the distributors of inkjet products in the UK, is celebrating its tenth anniversary this month with various new and exciting products coming on board early next year.

Loic Delor, who has an extensive technical background in the inkjet market, having worked for Xaar in the late 1990s followed by Lyson/Nazdar a few years later, founded the company. His intricate understanding and knowledge of printheads and inks led him to launch Josero in 2003.The business originally kicked off in Luxembourg selling wide format Chinese printers, plus inks and printheads to the Middle East and Europe. With its products reaching global markets, Josero realised it was time to have an online presence and its first website was launched in 2005. This increased the sales of its products significantly with customers viewing their products online before purchasing them.

A major year for Josero was 2008 when it registered Josero limited in the UK. Jon Spencer, a qualified engineer who has been involved in the industry since the early days of inkjet, having worked with Codent and Lyson/Nazdar for several years, joined the Josero team as Technical Director. The first office and warehouse facilities were opened that same year in Cambridge, providing Josero with the ability to house all its products on site and allowing them to ship stock within 24 hours to customers throughout the UK.

Setting up in the UK facilitated further growth for Josero and in January 2009 they were appointed the exclusive master distributor for Triangle inks for UK & Ireland. Triangle inks (part of worldwide ink manufacturer Inx Digital) produce some of the highest quality alternative inks on the market, for virtually every wide and superwide format printer available and offer substantial cost savings over the OEM inks. This was a real achievement for a small company like Josero and demonstrated its capabilities of working effectively with the UK inkjet market.

A few months later Josero was appointed as a reseller for Ergosoft RIP Software in the UK. With the addition of these new products, Josero decided it needed a full overhaul of its website and launched a much more comprehensive and product focused website.

By 2010, Josero had expanded its product portfolio so much, the company invested in new premises in Cambridge to accommodate additional stock of Triangle inks and expand its demonstration and training facilities. The new premises boast 2500 sq/ft of space for storage, technical training, a demonstration suite and staff offices.

Keeping a watchful eye on market conditions, Josero saw a gap in the market a couple of years ago, where customers were keen to invest in superwide printers but many couldn’t really afford do so. This led to the company selling refurbished superwide printers in the UK. This has proved a great triumph as printing companies can now invest in nearly new machines at a fraction of their original price, with technical support and servicing from Josero.

The past three years has seen Josero develop partnerships with key players in the finishing market and expand its offering to the inkjet market with products such as Kala laminators, Trimalco cutters and Hanolex eyelet machines. The company became the exclusive distributor for the Bubble Free Applicator table for UK & Ireland earlier this year and is enjoying tremendous success with this product.

Loic Delor, Managing Director of Josero commented, “It’s hard to believe we have been trading so successfully for a decade. The company is unrecognisable from what it was ten years ago as we have greatly diversified our product offering. That said, our roots and expertise are firmly within the inkjet market. We have adapted our product range in line with technological developments and market conditions. We believe the key to our success is understanding the challenges our customers face and delivering products that will help them achieve their goals.”

Date added: November 2013 Fastsigns Peterborough demonstrate the value of good service

Fastsigns in Peterborough haven’t looked back since they started using Triangle inks five years ago. What has made them stick with Josero, the master distributor of Triangle inks in the UK and Ireland, is the sheer level of service they receive from the company.

Fastsigns in Peterborough operates in an extremely busy and competitive environment, where customer service is paramount to their success. The team in the Peterborough office provide everything from banners and signage to exhibition graphics and vehicle wraps. They use innovative processes to project manage each of their jobs, whether that be delivering one simple sign or a complex bespoke exhibition stand.

Richard Towers, Owner of Fastsigns commented, “We need any equipment we invest in to consistently perform at its optimum level. Our Mimaki JV3 is extremely trustworthy and it works very hard for us. We decided to switch to Triangle inks from the OEM ink in the Mimaki JV3 following a trade show five years ago, where we met Loic and his team from Josero. We were impressed with what they had to say about the robustness of Triangle inks and looked into this further. We realised just how good the credentials of Triangle inks are with their extensive R&D facilities in the USA. They carry out rigorous tests to deliver the perfect colour match and print quality of all the inks they produce. The cost savings were also significant over the OEM inks, which was even better. The whole switchover process was fast, simple and efficient and here we are five years on.”

Richard continued, “We would never compromise our customers by using anything that wasn’t going to deliver the best results. What has made us stick with Josero for so many years, on top of the excellent inks, is the service they provide - it can only be described as “exceptional”. The team has such a strong grasp of market and their technical knowledge and expertise is very impressive. We love the fact that we are saving money over the OEM ink, but believe me, this market is all about quality and delivery and this over-rides any cost savings.”

Fastsigns in Peterborough have a broad range of customers, from SMEs to public sector organisations and large multi-nationals. Though the customer profile varies hugely, their expectations of Fastsigns Peterborough are very similar – they all want consistency of service and excellent products at a decent price. Referrals from existing customers are high as is customer retention, so the company is obviously getting it right.

Loic Delor, Managing Director of Josero said, “We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our customers and believe it is all about teamwork to make sure everyone gets the best from each other. The working relationship we have with Richard and the Fastsigns Peterborough team is very strong and built on trust and respect. This is what makes Josero and Triangle inks stand out from other ink and equipment suppliers in the UK market.”

Date added: October 2013 Reprocentre announces dealership with Josero

Reprocentre, the largest supplier of wide format and graphic arts equipment in Ireland is to be the official dealer for Josero in Ireland.

This is a strategic business decision on the Reprocentre’s part to strengthen the company’s product range and meet the demands of the Irish market. The past five years have been extremely difficult for the printing industry in Ireland. However, the market is showing signs of recovery and the Reprocentre has certainly seen an improvement in business this year across a number of fronts. There is more confidence in the market and some strong orders, particularly consumables, have been coming through over the past six months.

Reprocentre used Fespa in London earlier this year as an opportunity to investigate inkjet manufacturers and distributors and to determine which were the best in the market in terms of quality, reliability, product range and customer support.

Following a great deal of research, the Reprocentre team came away whole-heatedly impressed with Josero and its products. Eoin Honan, Sales Director at Reprocentre commented, “ What attracted us to Josero and Triangle inks, in particular, was the wide range of inks available for both UV and solvent systems. We know Triangle take their ink products very seriously and have large R&D facilities in the USA where every product is thoroughly tested and matched to the OEM ink before it is brought to market. The new MSS and EDX eco solvent inks are perfectly compatible with the OEM inks, as are all the other Triangle inks. We were very impressed with the Josero team, and their wealth of knowledge and experience of the market plus the level of support they provide. All in all, it was an easy decision on our part to work with them.”

Reprocentre will be selling the full range of Triangle inks as well as Josero’s other products such as the bubble free applicator, laminators, refurbished superwide printers and spare parts for wide format printers.

Ink sales account for around 20% of Reprocentres sales, and with Triangle inks now on board this is expected to increase significantly over the next twelve months. Eoin continued, “We have spoken to many customers and they are happy to consider good quality, highly reliable third party inks. This will enable them to reap the benefits of substantial cost savings over OEM inks whilst maintaining the quality and level of service they currently have.”

Loic Delor, Managing Director of Josero said, “ We are delighted to be working with Reprocentre. They have a great reputation in Ireland and are well respected by printing companies. We believe by broadening their product portfolio through the Josero product range, they will strengthen their position in the Irish market. We are confident that this partnership will be a great success for both of our organisations. “

Date added: September 2013 Josero recruits Steve Wright to strengthen its sales team

Cambridge based Josero, distributor of a range of inkjet products including Triangle inks, printers, cutters and laminators, has recruited Steve Wright to develop and support its sales function.

Established in 2003, Josero has expanded rapidly in the past few years, bringing in many complementary inkjet products and developing relationships with key partners in the industry. Steve’s role is to develop new business opportunities and expand the sales of all the inkjet products the company supplies.

Loic Delor, Managing Director of Josero commented, “Steve’s role is two-fold, he will be responsible for developing the sales of our full product range in the UK and he’ll also be looking after some of our key accounts. Like many organisations, we have customers who buy one or two products from us, but are unaware of the full range we supply. Over the past few years we have diversified into different sectors within the industry to offer a one-stop shop to printing companies. We need to make everyone aware of just what we can offer.”

Steve has over 20 years experience in the industry, having worked for several well-known organisations in the printing sector, including Tullis Russell Coaters, Drytac, DTL and Ferrisgate. During his time at Drytac, Steve sold their range of laminates and mounting adhesives to end-users. He then moved on to take responsibility for Drytac’s UK reseller network, setting reseller pricing and ensuring all resellers were working within Drytac’s guidelines.

Steve Wright commented, “This is a great opportunity and I believe I can make a real difference to Josero. My knowledge of products such as media, laminates, inks and printers means I can provide customers with comprehensive advice and ensure they make the best choices for their business.”

Within weeks Steve has made a great impact on the growth of the business, converting new customers to bulk feed inks systems and selling a Bubble Free Applicator!

Date added: July 2013 New Triangle MSS inks hailed a success at Fespa

The launch of the MSS eco solvent Triangle inks at Fespa proved a great hit with many Mimaki® printer owners. Visitors to the Josero/Triangle inks stand had the opportunity to view the performance of the new inks on a Mimaki® JV33-160™ and take away a cartridge to try on their own printer.

The true plug and play process really appealed to Mimaki® users, with the complete colour and chemical match to Mimaki® SS21™ inks generating significant interest. The feedback was astounding and many have already converted to the MSS inks after seeing the seamless transition of the inks and the quality of the prints produced.

Equally, the Triangle EDX eco solvent inks for Roland® printers created a fantastic impact at the show. Already a large success in the market, this formulation which was launched in 2012 demonstrates Triangle inks true capabilities of producing world class ink formulations. Again a full chemical and colour matching solution that allows ink change on the fly with no wastage, no flushing and no need for new calibration proved extremely appealing to customers.

Loic Delor, Managing Director of Josero, the master distributor of Triangle inks in the UK and Ireland, commented, “People in the UK are realising that Triangle inks is a trusted brand which is exceptionally well known throughout the world. Triangle inks have been producing inks for over 20 years and have extensive R&D facilities in Europe and the USA, where constant product development and rigorous testing is carried out. This way we ensure each ink is specifically manufactured to an extremely high standard resulting in a seamless match to the OEM ink. Customers are always looking for reassurances on quality and reliability and they get that with every Triangle ink product they buy.”

Josero also saw a great deal of interest in the Bubble Free Applicator at Fespa and took several orders. The Bubble Free Applicator allows a single operator to mount and laminate a wide range of materials in super fast time whilst eliminating the danger of bubbles or creases. The first Bubble Free was sold in the UK during Sign and Digital UK a few months ago to Mida Sign Services UK. The success of the Applicator has been so great that Josero struggles to keep a demonstration unit at their premises in Cambridge!

Date added: June 2013 New Triangle MSS eco solvent ink to be launched at Fespa

Fespa will see the launch of Triangle Inks’ new MSS eco solvent inks for the Mimaki® JV33™ and JV34™ wide format printers.

The MSS eco-solvent inks have been formulated so they are 100% colour and chemically compatible with Mimaki® SS21 inks. They offer a wide range of compatibility with vinyl banner media and are available in CMYK. Printers using the MSS eco-solvent inkjet inks will benefit from less waste with cartridge-by-cartridge changeover or by taking advantage of other bulk use ink systems.

Loic Delor, Managing Director of Josero, the master distributor for Triangle Inks in the UK, said, “Printing companies in the UK are keen to keep their costs down, however, they are not willing to do this by compromising the quality of the prints they produce. This is where we come in. Triangle have been manufacturing inks for over 20 years, they are not a fly by night company who produce cheap third party inks. Triangle inks have technically advanced R&D facilities in the USA, where the inks are developed and rigorously tested before they are ever brought to market. So, anyone switching to Triangle inks can rest assured they are purchasing fully compatible, high quality inks with robust warranties and technical backup.”

Visitors to Fespa will be able to see a full range of Triangle inks including EDX, the Eco Solvent ink for Roland® printers. Special offers will also be run at the show – come and see the team on Stand C5S for full details.

Established 25 years ago the company delivers creative solutions for high profile clients such as Walls and Lidl as well as small organisations such as Bolton College.

James Jarvis, Operations Manager of Mida Sign Services commented, “As our production arm of the business continues to expand we looked at the Bubble Free Applicator as a great way to increase our production capacity whilst improving the quality of our in-house finishing. We now supply a vast amount of clients with both print and installation services offering a simple and easy way for them to do business on a national basis. Josero became the exclusive UK dealer for the Bubble Free Applicator earlier this year, and has since worked closely with the manufacturer to promote the machine in the UK. There are very few electronic parts giving an extremely high degree of reliability.

The Applicator is available in three widths, 1500mm, 1700mm and 2200mm giving a maximum working width of 7 metres. Custom sizing is available on request. Date added: March 2013 INX Digital attracts a crowd at Signs By Tomorrow

Interest in INX Digital International's Triangle brand of alternative inks remains sky high as evidenced by the reception these products received at the Signs By Tomorrow (SBT) annual convention, held Feb. 15-16 in Savannah, Georgia.

"The SBT convention was the best attended franchise show we have ever been involved with. We had people in our booth the entire time," said Susie Mendelssohn, International Marketing Manager for INX Digital International, who had support from the Triangle dealer network with representatives of Advantage Sign Supply, Denco, Fellers and Tubelite in attendance.

"Franchisees were sincerely interested in their options and extremely pleased to learn that our alternative inks, such as HPS for HP9000, HP10,000 and other printers, are chemically compatible with OEM inks. They were even happier to learn our inks print at the same level of quality at a much lower cost. I was also glad to learn there was a high level of interest in our large format and grand format inks."

As a leader in the one-day sign business, SBT produces highly professional business signs from cut vinyl and large format digital printing. INX Digital's HP9000 and 10,000 users experience bright, true and clean colors with no re-profiling required, regardless if converting from previous Triangle options or OEM. The HPS inks are known for being fast drying and providing a higher resolution with more accurate drop placement. In addition, they offer excellent adhesion to a much wider range of media with superb resistance to alcohol and common cleaning agents.

Mendelssohn noted franchisees were impressed with INX Digital's upcoming cartridge recycling program. As part of the company's commitment to global preservation and available in the U.S., INX Digital will take back empty wide format digital ink cartridges and provide free shipping. The main requirement is the printer must return a minimum of 20 cartridges. HPS inks are available in 1000ml cartridges.
