Josero supply a huge range of spare parts for both wide and Superwide printers. The majority of parts such as dampers, filters, wiper blades, cleaning fluid, pumps, tubing and capping station are kept in stock at Josero’s head office in Cambridge and are delivered within 24 hours of an order being placed. Other items such as mother boards and motors are available on request and supplied within 72 hours of ordering.
Josero understand the huge importance of supplying spare parts to customers and therefore we constantly review and expand our product range and stock levels in keeping with market requirements. Our ethos of reliable customer service is not only for our ink customers but stretches right across our whole product range. Parts are currently available for Mimaki, Roland, Mutoh, Seiko, HP for the wide format printers and NUR, HP Scitex, Vutek, Durst, Zund, Inca for superwide printers.
